Tige sent us some new 2009 Tige chrome emblems. They are VERY cool. We made a little video of our install.
NOTE: We have been going over 40+ hours, and they seem to withstand wakesurfing better than any graphic I have seen yet. VERY durable.

People have asked me about the music we use on our videos and what we listen to on the boat. RJ and Whitney are my main music buddies. I have a HUGE library of iTunes music, but they help me make the playlists for the boat. I asked them to make me a playlist of what they would like to listen to while wakesurfing, TODAY. TIGÉ BOATS RECEIVES FIFTH STRAIGHT NMMA AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE
ABILENE, TEXAS –For the fifth year in a row, Tigé Boats, Inc. has been recognized for excellence in customer satisfaction by the Marine Industry CSI Award Program.
An ongoing program conducted by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA), the CSI Award Program recognized Tigé for superior customer service in the “Inboard Watersports Boat” segment of the industry. The program also recognized Tigé for its commitment to quality and support of industry efforts to enhance the consumer boating experience.
“This award is an important, third-party measurement of how Tigé and our dealer network are doing from the viewpoint of those who use our product,” said Tigé CEO Charlie Pigeon. “I’m extremely proud of our manufacturing team and particularly our dealer network who continue to deliver a high level of customer service before, during and after the sale.”
The NMMA evaluates customer satisfaction by conducting surveys of boat buyers of participating manufacturers. Each new buyer receives a customer satisfaction survey shortly after purchasing their boat. A second survey is sent to the customer eight to ten months after the purchase. The NMMA then compiles the results of both surveys to assess the level of customer satisfaction with the product, dealer and other CSI related factors.

This is our first how to video where we give specific tips on how to get young kids wakesurfing. We show how to get them up on a larger board, when none other is available. We also show how to get up on our new grom board specially made for kids. http://wake9.com/grom
We have published several videos/episodes this season, and now we want to make them available as a video podcast. This will allow you to bring them into your living room through an AppleTV or an XBOX 360. We are also offering a format for the ipod/iphone so you can take our how to tips and trick videos out on the boat with you. Keep coming back as we will be catching up all of our episodes and then continue to publish at least one a week through october.
