What a great day we had with the the Wolters. You would have to be a real depressed individual to not have a good time with Frank. RJ describes Frank as the male Whitney. Whitney is always smiling, always positive, and always laughing at something. That is Frank. Its a pleasure to have the Wolters on our boat, and we can’t wait to do it again. We took some video, of course, here it is. Sorry about the foggy lens, some moisture got in there. Still had a GREAT day.

But make you watch til the end, Jessica did some amazing wakesurfing.

So first, you have to head over to the community to view all the NWWSA Wakesurf Open runs, lots of GREAT wakesurfing. We are starting to transition most of our “community” based info/blogging and stuff over to the community, but we will still be using this blog to publish our podcast. Here is the link to the videos:
http://wake9.com/nwopen
We also created a really fun video of all the best wakesurfing tricks from the open and compiled into one, and added slow motion effects so you could see the detail of the tricks. Use the same link above to watch it, or enjoy in this podcast.

Just 2 blocks from the North Shore of Clear lake. I have guests this weekend, or I would shoot up on Saturday, we gotta support our NorCal dealers, there are so few left.

For those of you that don’t want to make the hike all the way out to clear lake, there should be some more soon at our friends at California Marine Sports. Grant from CMS is planning to get that boat out here to oroville for a bit of a romp. Can’t wait.

Also, we have been working on our special Surf Tow that pulls you up from the side of the tower, instead of the middle. We have found a much cheaper way of doing it, and its compatible with tube towers, and even towers like the Alpha Z. We have a custom prototype, and we are ordering 10 made for more testing. So far, we are VERY pleased. Can’t wait to share.

So this is the next 101 video in our series. After you Get em Up, you have to get them Going Wireless, or Freeriding, which basically means surfing without the rope. The key, just like getting them up is feet position, but also balance and smooth easy corrections. In this video we detail how to accomplish this, and how to teach others how to go wireless quickly.

When people watch these videos, there are often lots of questions, and we want to help, but its tough to stay on top of all the emails. So go HERE and feel free to post any questions, and feel free to post pictures of your results, we LOVE to see them.

Here are a bunch of great pictures of the day:
